Booking policy

The process for booking any dives is described below. Your adherence to the booking policy will assure the dives you book will be reserved.

Boat Dives

Generally leave the dock at 7:30 AM, These are two dives to local wreck sites in the Atlantic. To reserve a seat on a dive charter:

1) Call the shop at 252-449-8349 to check availability and to answer any questions. 2) Print out the credit authorization form, fill it out, WRITE IN the days, location and # of divers diving. 3) Fax the form to us at 252-449-2298. When we receive the fax your reservation has been made. 4) Call the dive shop to confirm the fax and days reserved and rental needs.

****An important note, email alterations to your reservations are not valid.****

When You are Booked and Here:

1) You always check into the Shop by the afternoon before the Dive Day, (preferably call before and come in between 3-5:30pm, to: Check Weather Status, Verify Boat Dock Directions and Departure Times, and Get all Rental and other Equipment/ Tanks that you need to Dive, so you can take them with you to meet the Boat in the Morning. 2) We do two Dives on the Charters with a good Surface Interval between the Dives. So you will need at least 2 Tanks, (we have Hyperpure Air, NITROX and Mixed Gas too). If it is a nice day, we will cook hot dogs for those that would like during the Surface Interval.

NOTE: There is Distilled Purified Ice water on the Vessel free for your convenience. We also have Sodas for $1.00/ea. Please remember that the Highly Trained Crew on the Vessel should be tipped a minimum of 15-20% of the charter fare in the Tip Jar. They work very hard for your Safety and it is there only payment. We are looking forward to meeting you.
